App versus browser
Our hoki 4d app offers offline caching, meaning certain game assets and account data load faster on repeat visits. Push notifications arrive directly on your phone, so you receive alerts about new Liga 1 fixtures or table-limit changes without opening the app. The app also handles screen rotation smoothly and integrates with your device's biometric login if you enable it. A browser version works equally well but requires you to navigate to the site each time and does not send notifications. Both paths connect to the same account and withdrawal system.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and above on phones and tablets. For iOS, the minimum version is iOS 12. If your device runs an older version, you can still access hoki 4d through a mobile browser, though some features may load more slowly. We recommend updating your operating system for the best experience and security.
Troubleshooting common install issues
If the APK does not install on Android, check that you have enabled "Unknown Sources" in your device settings. Some devices also require you to trust the certificate; if a security warning appears, tap "Install anyway" to proceed. On iOS, if the web app does not load, clear your Safari cache (Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data) and try again. If you encounter persistent errors, contact our support team through in-app chat or email — we are available to help verify your device and account.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install the hoki 4d app, we request permission to access your device's internet connection and, on Android, to send notifications. We do not access your contacts, photos, or location. Your account credentials are encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers. We use SSL encryption for all communication between your device and our platform. If you log in on multiple devices, your account balance and transaction history remain synchronized. You can log out remotely from any device through your account settings, which is useful if you lose a phone or want to revoke access from a shared device.
